“WSOS Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP) helped thousands of northwest Ohio residents stay warm this winter.
The program, which ran Nov. 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018, helped 2,062 residents of Wood, Sandusky, Ottawa and Seneca counties with utility assistance payments as well as heater and furnace repair.
